I know I’m not the only person who is super duper psyched for season six of Game of Thrones. I’m gearing up for a lot of ranting and raving and reviewing and recapping for this season. As we all know, the show is now heading into the shadowy territory outside of the book series – where no one but the series’ author, George R R Martin, truly knows the full extent of what’s going on for our favourite (and least favourite) characters. It’s both an exciting and an anxiety-provoking experience in the best way.
In a moment of pure serendipity given my general excitement for the new season, the other day I was contacted by a representative of the blog The Luminary, who sent me the following infographic. I thought I might share it with everyone so we can all get caught up to speed and get a bit of a knowledge refresh on who’s still in the race for the Iron Throne before the new episode premieres. The sixth season of Game of Thrones starts on April 24th in the US, and April 25th here in Australia. I am so freaking excited and I hope you guys are too!
